For this 44-unit multifamily residential project in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, the townhouse scale of the neighborhood, was appropiated as it transitions to the Gowanus Canal area. Units range from studio apartments to three-bedroom duplexes at garden level. The project is the first to be certified LEED for Homes Platinum in New York.
