The Downtown Brooklyn condominium project takes design intent and sets itself in the context of Brooklyn Heights, the neighborhood to the west. It is composed of 59 tailored units ranging from one to four bedroom homes with private terraces. When completed in 2020, the project will be a signature condominium providing state-of-art-living to its residents with amenities like automated parking system, common library for the residents, fitness room and common terraces.
