Colberg Architecture is currently in the process of planning a sustainable community on a previously used 147-acre citrus farm in Sebastian, Florida. This development will comprise 356 individual single-family homes designed for built-to-rent purposes. Teaming up with 2GHO Landscape Architecture, the homes are ingeniously organized into pods, providing diverse private and shared open spaces. The natural landscaping will incorporate over three miles of trails, enhancing the overall environmental appeal of the community. Anticipated to be finished by mid-2026, this project aims to blend innovation with sustainability.
