Originally a parking garage, the transformed space now spans three stories and boasts 35,000 square feet dedicated to wellness facilities. Among its offerings are thermal pools, saunas, steam rooms, and treatment rooms, complemented by a café, lounge, and retail shop. Colberg Architecture, serving as the architect, led the project on behalf of the client, Bathhouse. The collaborative team included general contractor RW Projects, interior designer Rockwell Group, MEPS engineer Collectif Engineering, pool consultant Aquatectonic, lighting consultant Loop Lighting, and spa consultant Bradford Wellness & Spa, all working harmoniously to ensure the project's successful realization.
